How I work
I offer long or short-term contracts depending on your needs and what you would like to get out of therapy. This can be discussed at our initial consultation, and I will continue to check in with you to make sure you are getting what you would like out of our partnership.
If you do decide to get in touch, I will suggest a short phone call first to understand how you are feeling, and the issues you are seeking support for. We could then arrange to meet for an initial consultation session to see if you would like to see me on an ongoing basis.
We would then agree a regular slot time for our sessions. Sessions are face-to-face, weekly and last for 50 minutes. I can offer, with prior discussion, Skype or telephone sessions if you are travelling, and cannot be there in person.
My aim is to build a good relationship with you, where you can trust me with your wellbeing, and come back again in the future if you would like. I always leave the door open for my clients to return to therapy, if something has arisen in your life and you feel you need further support from me.
